The website for facility management company Loredo Res is a project for an experienced FM operator that has been servicing technical commercial properties in the private and public sectors since 2017. Loredo Res combines classic facility management with building digitalization and its own BIM4FM methodology, which generates real savings for property managers and owners.
Our task was to design and implement a bilingual WordPress site that clearly presents three lines of services (FM, consulting, digitizing), shows a portfolio of managed facilities with filtering, and conducts recruitment - all in one easy-to-manage CMS.

Description of implementation
Loredo Res has an expansive business: managing office, retail and logistics buildings across the country, while developing consulting and a proprietary BIM4FM solution. The challenge was to show this breadth of services without chaos - so that a property manager or developer would understand in 30 seconds what Loredo does and why it's worth contacting.
We designed the site around three service pillars with separate descriptive sections, added interactive BIM4FM infographics, a customer feedback section and a job module with an application form. The layout is consistent with Loredo Res' visual identity, and the site's visual guidance was designed for specific conversion paths: business contact and recruitment application.
Featured service
The strongest element of the site is an interactive portfolio of projects with three levels of filtering: scope of services (FM, consulting, digitizing), property type (offices, retail, logistics) and location. Each property has a separate profile with metrics: year of construction, developer, owner and scope of cooperation.
It's a sales tool, not just a gallery - an office building manager in Warsaw filters office cases in Warsaw, a logistics developer gets a list of logistics projects. Loredo Res has gained a living evidence base of competence, which it can develop independently from the CMS.
