Ongoing care is a subscription: regular updates, copies, monitoring and a pool of changes every month. On-demand support is one-time repairs or changes when you just need them.
Mostly updates, backups, security monitoring and a fixed number of hours for minor changes. We set the scope individually for your site.
Care starts at 100-150 eur per month. This price usually includes 1 to 3 hours for small shifts per month. Larger shifts are priced individually.
As part of our care, we monitor the site and respond with priority. In case of failure, we restore operation from a copy or remove the cause of the problem.
Yes. Care does not block your access - you can make changes yourself (after training) or outsource them to us.
