The website for Colorful Work coworking is a project we started with a question: how to show 750 sq. m. of rentable space so that a tenant knows in 30 seconds if it's for them? Colorful Work is a Warsaw coworking in Mokotow, where in addition to open work space, there are private offices, conference rooms and the option to set up a virtual business address.
Our task was to design a website that clearly presents each of these elements of the offer, along with a clear price list.

Description of implementation
We started our work on the website for Colorful Work coworking by auditing the client's previous corporate showcase and analyzing the competition in the segment of Warsaw coworking spaces. We checked what works for others: how they present the price list, how they showcase the space, what tenants look for first.
From this study, we drew conclusions that translated into a mockup - that is, a plan of what elements and in what order to be included on the new site.
Featured service
A coworking tenant almost always comes to the site with one question: „how much does it cost”. That's why the heart of Colorful Work's website design became a price list. We proposed a layout where packages are immediately comparable - no need to click through sub-pages, no hiding the price behind a form.
Each package is clearly spelled out: what's included, who it's for, how much it costs. The result: the user makes a decision faster, and the customer receives better qualified inquiries.
