Website for commercial real estate advisor - Patron Brokers - is a project in which we designed and implemented a website for a consulting company operating in the field of office, warehouse and retail leases. The client exclusively represents tenants, which is its main differentiator in the Polish market.
Our task was to build the website from scratch — UX, UI, copywriting i implementation on WordPress using Elementor PRO. The website supports the entire customer acquisition funnel: from campaigns and organic traffic, through the presentation of three services (renegotiation, relocation, sublease), to multi-step lead qualification via the free contract analysis form.

Description of implementation
Patron Brokers has been in business since 2014 and has supported 250+ clients, including large, recognizable brands - Nikon, Mitsubishi Electric, Macmillan, Barilla and many others. The client had a strong offer and a rich execution history, but a lack of time to create marketing content on a regular basis. Our job was to extract that capital and turn it into a clear, converting site.
We designed a structure based on three service pillars - renegotiation, relocation, sublease - with dedicated subpages that answer specific questions from potential clients (FAQ, process, benefits, savings). The site opens with strong social proof: 20 million PLN in generated savings, 20 years of team experience, 250+ companies served, a base of 1200+ office buildings in Poland. A top bar with a guarantee of „0 PLN for all our services” dispels the most common tenant's doubts in the first seconds on the site. The website works in Polish and English versions.
Featured service
The most important conversion element of the site is the „Free Contract Analysis” form - a multi-step lead qualification process to which all major CTAs on the site lead. We designed it with four steps: type and square footage of space leased, size of company, date range of current lease, contact information. Each step shows a progress bar and a short, unambiguous description of what it asks - without overwhelming the user with a long form on a single screen.
