The website for HR consulting firm Skill Tech Talent is a project in which we designed and implemented a bilingual site for Agnieszka Korol - an HR strategist with 22 years of corporate experience, who is also an athlete and sports referee. The Skill Tech Talent brand brings together two seemingly distant worlds: optimizing HR processes in companies and organizing sports events.
Our task was to build the website from scratch — UX, graphic design (UI), copywriting and implementation on WordPress using Elementor PRO. The key challenge was to clearly present the two parallel pillars of the offering (Business Solutions / Sport Solutions) without losing sight of either of the two target audiences—companies seeking HR consulting and sports event organizers.

Description of implementation
Skill Tech Talent is a case where brand positioning is based on a conscious combination of two areas. Agnieszka Korol does HR consulting for companies and simultaneously handles the organization of sports events. The first design challenge was to build a site that clearly communicates both services and does not force the visitor to „choose” which world they are in.
We designed a structure with two parallel sections on the homepage: „Business Services” and „Sports Services,” each with a separate list of specialties and a separate detail sub-page. The same separation returns in the navigation (Business Solutions / Sport Solutions), in the Case Studies section (filtering all/sport/business), in the news and in the footer. The site is strengthened by strong social proof presented through statistics.The site operates in Polish and English versions.
Featured service
The most conversion-powerful element of the page is the „Free Consultation” subpage - a full-fledged sales tool, with all the major CTAs from across the site leading to it. It opens with an invitation to a 30-minute introductory call with a link to a calendar, and below that is an extensive price list with packages to choose from.
Under the price list, we designed a sign-up form for a single hourly consultation with a three-step process and a FAQ section answering the client's most common concerns. The client got a tool that handles the entire consultation sales process without having to use external booking systems.
