The landing page for the event „Green Finance 2025″ was a project carried out for JW+A - a Krakow-based consulting firm specializing in sustainability, climate neutrality and energy efficiency in the commercial real estate sector. The conference was held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and focused on the future of finance in the context of ESG, sustainable investment and green transformation.

Our task was to design and implement a landing page for the event that simultaneously builds a professional image for the conference, presents a clear agenda with market leaders and converts visitors into registered attendees.

Description of implementation

Landing page for an event - three functions

The goal of the project was to prepare an attractive landing page for the event that would perform several roles simultaneously: build a professional image of the conference, present a clear agenda with the participation of market leaders, and actively encourage quick registration.

At the heart of the site was a registration form combined with a countdown timer to the event - two elements that together build a sense of exclusivity and urgency. The agenda was designed as a clear hourly track, with speaker profiles enhanced by short bios. In addition, we embedded a popup on the client's homepage informing people about the event - so that organic traffic would also go to the landing page.

Quick implementation - 7 days from idea to publication

We completed the entire landing page for the event in record time of one week: day 1-2 was brief analysis, workshop, concept and complete texts. Day 3-4 - graphic design in Figma based on JWA aesthetics and UX focused on conversion, accepted after one round of revisions. Day 5-6 - implementation on WordPress with full responsiveness, form and testing. Day 7 - functional testing, graphic optimization, final adjustments, publication.

The pace did not take its toll on quality, as the process was planned from the beginning under time compression. The site was published in accordance with the event's communication plan - and began collecting registrations from day one.
